All reservations are officially registered in our system and each reservation is assigned its own identification number.
Payment for the made reservation is made at the reception of the Hotel at the time of check-in.
Payment by credit card on the site amhotels.ru When paying for the reservation on the site amhotels.ru, you will be automatically redirected to the payment form of the processing center of our bank to enter your bank card details.
All data entered by you on the payment form of the processing center of our bank is fully protected in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard requirements. We receive information only about the payment made by you.
A payment authorization message will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when making a payment.
Immediately after making a payment, you will be redirected to our website. Information about your payment may be received with a delay of 5 seconds to several minutes. If, in your opinion, the order is processed too long, you need to contact the support service by phone +7 (4822) 39-68-67.
The electronic version of the fiscal receipt is sent to the customer at the email address specified during the booking.
A refund
In case of return of paid and unused services, make a refund based on the following calculation:
- in case of complete cancellation of services, the amount is refunded in full, if the period of cancellation of services is more than 24 hours before the date of commencement of the provision of services;
- the amount of payment is withheld in full in case of cancellation of services on the day of the beginning of the provision of services.
